Bad planning covered the river Cart way back in the 70s the piazza is an eye sore and the Arnotts building has been empty far too long It appears the planners moved on and forgot about the history and old Architecture along with missing the opportunity to upgrade and modernise Recent work on the buildings on Mill Street highlights the mess across from the historical town hall and the Abbey its a sad weary sight When towns in England enhanced and highlighted the beauty of a river in the centre for walks etc Paisley commited architectural suicide
