Old city centre

Spending too much money on laying and relaying a hotch potch of slabs, bricks etc without thinking of the wider expanse. To go along with the hotch potch of paving the once beutiful old buidings are now dirty, tired looking and a vast majority appear to have trees growing from the gutterings.
